1. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets for clinical trials, ensuring adherence to company goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trial protocols.
3. Monitor and evaluate trial progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Oversee the selection and management of study sites, CROs, and other vendors involved in the clinical trial.
