  1. Oversee and manage multiple clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards.
  2. Develop and implement trial protocols, informed consent forms, and other essential study documents.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor clinical trials to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  4. Monitor trial progress and ensure data integrity and quality through regular review and analysis of study data.
  5. Prepare and present trial progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including FDA, ICH, and GCP.
  7. Manage relationships with external vendors and clinical research organizations (CROs).
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the trial.
  9. Lead study team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for clinical trials.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date trial documentation and records.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical trial management.
  13. Mentor and train junior staff on clinical trial processes and procedures.
  14. Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research.
  15. Continuously evaluate and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trials.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Drug Development Process, Including Clinical Trial Design, Execution, And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Timeline Management, And Risk Assessment.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
