  1. Oversee and manage multiple clinical trials to ensure they are conducted according to protocol, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources for assigned trials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, medical affairs, data management, and biostatistics to ensure smooth execution of trials.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company procedures.
  5. Create and maintain trial documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study manuals.
  6. Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure sites are following protocol and meeting study objectives.
  7. Manage relationships with investigational sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective study conduct.
  8. Communicate trial progress, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders, including senior management.
  9. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to the successful completion of trials.
  10. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders and external experts in the therapeutic area.
  11. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and developments to ensure best practices are implemented in trial management.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on clinical trial management processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with the clinical development team to develop study protocols and ensure alignment with overall development strategy.
  14. Participate in the evaluation and selection of external vendors and service providers.
  15. Foster a culture of excellence, ethical behavior, and compliance within the clinical trial team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Current Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Including Gcp, Ich, And Fda Requirements.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Trials Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Such As Study Investigators And Regulatory Agencies.
