  1. Develop and manage the overall strategy for clinical trials, including study design, protocols, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies throughout the trial process.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of clinical trials.
  4. Identify, select, and manage external vendors and clinical research organizations (CROs) for trial support.
  5. Monitor and track trial progress, including patient recruitment, data collection, and safety reporting.
  6. Communicate trial updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
  8. Ensure quality control and data integrity throughout the trial process.
  9. Manage trial budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the trial, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on trial timelines.
  11. Participate in the development and review of clinical trial documents, including protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  12. Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to trial processes and procedures.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in clinical trial management.
  14. Contribute to the development of new treatments and therapies by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission, always striving to improve the lives of patients with chronic diseases.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Prioritize Tasks.
