1. Develop and execute clinical trial protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
2. Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including study design, budgeting, site selection, and study timeline management.
3. Manage and coordinate activities of cross-functional teams including study personnel, vendors, and external partners.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

10. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of clinical trial activities.
11. Manage study budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
12. Train and mentor junior team members on clinical trial management processes and procedures.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve clinical trial processes to increase efficiency and quality.
14. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
15. Represent the company at conferences and scientific meetings to present study results and promote ongoing clinical research.
