- Develop and execute clinical trial protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including study design, budgeting, site selection, and study timeline management.
- Manage and coordinate activities of cross-functional teams including study personnel, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor progress of clinical trials and proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact timelines or study outcomes.
- Review and analyze study data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate study updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for regulatory approvals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and study investigators.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of clinical trial activities.
- Manage study budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior team members on clinical trial management processes and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve clinical trial processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Foster a positive and productive team environment.
- Represent the company at conferences and scientific meetings to present study results and promote ongoing clinical research.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Or Clinical Research.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Clinical Trials In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp And Other Relevant Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
