  1. Develop and implement clinical trial protocols in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Manage all aspects of clinical trials, including budget, timelines, and resources.
  3. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ICH-GCP guidelines.
  4. Oversee the selection and management of contract research organizations (CROs) and other vendors.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute clinical trials.
  6. Monitor and track trial progress, identify and resolve any issues or delays.
  7. Coordinate and lead trial meetings and trainings.
  8. Prepare and submit trial-related documents, such as study protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports.
  9. Ensure accurate and timely data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
  10. Communicate trial updates and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Manage trial budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical research.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members.
  14. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the clinical trial team.
  15. Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in all aspects of clinical trial management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Trial Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
