  1. Conduct thorough and accurate reviews of study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study materials to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  2. Oversee and monitor clinical trials to ensure adherence to protocol, safety regulations, and data integrity.
  3. Create and maintain trial documentation, including study reports, monitoring reports, and study files.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials.
  5. Act as a liaison between the company and study sites, providing support and guidance to investigators and site staff.
  6. Conduct site qualification, initiation, and close-out visits to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all applicable regulations.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and resolution of data discrepancies.
  8. Proactively identify and communicate any potential issues or risks to the study team and develop appropriate solutions.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical research and incorporate them into daily work.
  11. Communicate study progress and key findings to management and other stakeholders.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, and data protection protocols at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ich-Gcp Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills

  • Ability To Travel Domestically And Internationally For Site Visits And Meetings As Needed.
