  • Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines
  • Perform site evaluations, initiate and monitor clinical trials, and ensure compliance with study protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement study plans and timelines
  • Communicate with study sites and investigators to provide support and address any issues or concerns
  • Collect, review, and analyze data from clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and maintain study documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms
  • Assist with the preparation of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory inquiries
  • Participate in study meetings, trainings, and presentations to provide updates on study progress and results
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical research activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into study processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Pharmacy, Biology, Or Life Sciences.

  • Familiarity With Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team-Based Environment.
