- Conduct clinical trials: As a CRA, you will be responsible for conducting clinical trials in accordance with company protocols and regulatory requirements. This includes coordinating with study sites, monitoring the progress of trials, and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with study sites: You will act as the main point of contact for study sites, providing training and support as needed, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance: It is your responsibility to ensure that all clinical trials are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Document and report: You will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting on all aspects of the clinical trials, including study site activities, adverse events, and data collection.
- Manage study timelines: You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all study milestones are met and that trials are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain study supplies: As a CRA, you will be responsible for managing and tracking study supplies, including investigational products, study materials, and equipment.
- Participate in study meetings: You will be expected to participate in study meetings, including investigator meetings, protocol training sessions, and project team meetings.
- Support data management: You will work closely with the data management team to ensure that all study data is collected, managed, and analyzed accurately and efficiently.
- Train and mentor: As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for training and mentoring junior CRAs, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct clinical trials effectively.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacy, Or Medical Sciences.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry Or Cro Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements For Clinical Trials.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Study Sites.
Proven Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
