  1. Lead and manage all aspects of clinical trials for chronic disease treatments, from planning to execution.
  2. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, including study protocols, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  8. Manage and oversee the work of external vendors and contract research organizations (CROs).
  9. Facilitate and lead team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, study coordinators, and patient advocacy groups.
  11. Contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and other study-related documents.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in clinical research.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and innovation.
  15. Represent the company at conferences and other events related to clinical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes And Regulations, Including Ich-Gcp And Fda Guidelines.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Clinical Projects Simultaneously, From Initiation To Completion.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
