  1. Manage and maintain all clinical trial data in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
  2. Develop and implement data management plans and ensure data integrity throughout the clinical trial process.
  3. Conduct data cleaning, coding, and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical data.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, clinical research associates, and medical writers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical data.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for all data-related inquiries and provide support to team members and external stakeholders.
  6. Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues in a timely manner to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  7. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure data transfer and integration from various sources.
  8. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for data management processes.
  9. Train and mentor junior data management team members.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to clinical data management and implement them in the company's processes.
  11. Uphold the company's values and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and workflows.
  13. Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, meeting project timelines and goals.
  14. Participate in team meetings and provide input and feedback on data management strategies and processes.
  15. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for data privacy and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Clinical Research, Data Management, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Clinical Data Management Principles, Guidelines, And Regulations, Including Cdisc And Ich Gcp.

  • Proficiency In Data Management Systems, Such As Oracle Clinical Or Inform, And Experience With Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Discrepancies And Issues In A Timely Manner.
