  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical data management for assigned clinical trials, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  2. Develop and maintain data management plans, including data validation and reconciliation strategies, to ensure high quality data collection and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection processes and systems that comply with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  4. Conduct regular data reviews and identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for data management related issues, providing support and guidance to study teams and external vendors as needed.
  6. Monitor data entry, data quality, and data timelines to ensure compliance with study protocols and project timelines.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management processes and systems.
  8. Participate in database set-up and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring proper validation and functionality of data collection systems.
  9. Provide training and support to study team members on data collection and management processes.
  10. Contribute to the preparation and review of study-related documentation, including protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), and clinical study reports.
  11. Stay current with industry standards and best practices for clinical data management and proactively identify and implement process improvements.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on data management activities and timelines.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and Novo Nordisk policies.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the success of clinical trials and the overall goals of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Management, Life Sciences, Or Healthcare-Related Discipline.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Data Management Principles, Standards, And Regulations, Including Cdisc, Gcp, And Fda/Ich Guidelines.

  • Proficient In Using Electronic Data Capture (Edc) Systems And Data Management Tools, Such As Sas, Oracle Clinical, Or Medidata Rave.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
