  1. Oversee the collection, management, and quality control of all clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  2. Develop and implement data management processes and procedures in compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing, to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  4. Create and maintain data management documentation, including data management plans and database specifications.
  5. Perform data cleaning and query resolution to ensure database lock within established timelines.
  6. Conduct data review and generate reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for data-related issues and provide timely and efficient solutions.
  8. Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on data management activities.
  9. Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing for electronic data capture systems.
  10. Assist with the preparation of data for regulatory submissions and audits.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in clinical data management.
  12. Mentor and train junior data management staff.
  13. Adhere to company and departmental standard operating procedures and guidelines.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Data Management, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proficiency In Data Management Software, Such As Medidata Rave Or Oracle Inform.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
