  1. Collect and organize clinical data from various sources, including electronic health records, medical charts, and research studies.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data collected.
  3. Develop and maintain databases and data management systems to efficiently store and manage clinical data.
  4. Implement data quality control measures to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection and management processes.
  6. Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  7. Generate reports and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for clinical data management.
  9. Train and educate team members on data management protocols and procedures.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data management processes.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient data in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  12. Communicate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate data transfer.
  13. Participate in the development and validation of data collection tools and systems.
  14. Support clinical research studies by providing accurate and timely data for analysis.
  15. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures for data management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Health Informatics, Statistics, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Clinical Data Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Ich-Gcp Guidelines.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Data Management Tools And Systems, Including Electronic Data Capture (Edc) And Clinical Trial Management Systems (Ctms).

  • Excellent Attention To Detail, Problem-Solving Skills, And The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
