  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical trial data for assigned projects, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain data management plans, including data collection, processing, and quality control procedures.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection tools and processes, ensuring consistency and standardization across studies.
  4. Conduct data review and cleaning activities, identifying and resolving data discrepancies and ensuring timely and accurate database lock.
  5. Develop and maintain data validation plans and perform ongoing data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  6. Create and maintain study-specific data management documentation, including data management plans, data transfer specifications, and data validation plans.
  7. Provide support and guidance to study teams on data management best practices and ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
  8. Participate in database development and validation activities, including user acceptance testing and system updates.
  9. Contribute to the development and enhancement of data management processes and tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  11. Maintain and update data management systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  12. Train and mentor junior data management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued development and growth.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including study teams, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  14. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management and contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices at Novo Nordisk.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations, Guidelines, And Standards For Clinical Data Management, Such As Gcp, Cdisc, And Fda/Ema Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Using Clinical Data Management Systems, Such As Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform, Or Clintrial.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
