You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, cleaning, and analysis of data from our clinical studies, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of trial data.To excel in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of clinical data management processes.   1. Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of trial data.
  3. Develop and maintain data management plans and processes in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  4. Perform data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  5. Generate and maintain data management documentation, including data validation plans, data transfer specifications, and data management plans.
  6. Review and provide input on study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
  7. Manage and maintain data in electronic data capture systems and other databases.
  8. Train and support team members on data management processes and systems.
  9. Participate in database lock activities and contribute to the preparation of final clinical study reports.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to data management.
  11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and systems.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of clinical trial data.
  14. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary support and documentation.
  15. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical sites, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  16. Adhere to project timelines and milestones.
  17. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
  18. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to the company's mission to improve the lives of patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Management, Statistics, Or Biomedical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards, Regulations, And Best Practices Related To Clinical Data Management.

  • Proficiency In Data Management Software And Systems, Such As Oracle Clinical, Rave, Or Medidata Rave.

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
