1. Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical data management for assigned clinical trials.
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical trial data by conducting data review, query resolution, and discrepancy management.
3. Develop and maintain data management plans and data validation specifications.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection, cleaning, and reporting.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, including FDA and ICH guidelines.
6. Collaborate with study teams to design and implement data capture systems and electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
7. Develop and maintain data management SOPs and ensure adherence to established processes.
8. Provide guidance and support to clinical study sites and vendors on data management processes and procedures.
9. Identify and resolve data management issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
10. Generate and review data listings, tables, and figures for clinical study reports.
11. Contribute to the development and implementation of data quality control processes.
12. Participate in study team meetings and provide updates on data management activities.
13. Act as a liaison between clinical teams, data management vendors, and other external partners.
14. Train and mentor junior data management staff as needed.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve data management processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
16. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling clinical trial data.
