  1. Manage and maintain clinical trial data for assigned projects in compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
  2. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data through review and validation of data and data entry processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, and medical writing to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
  4. Develop and maintain data management plans, data validation plans, and other project-specific documents.
  5. Perform data cleaning activities including query management and resolution.
  6. Conduct quality control checks on clinical data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  7. Participate in database testing, user acceptance testing, and database lock activities.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding data management tasks and timelines.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to clinical data management.
  10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of data management processes.
  11. Train and mentor junior data management staff as needed.
  12. Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures, and data management best practices.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and security of clinical trial data.
  14. Participate in audits and inspections related to clinical data management.
  15. Contribute to the development and implementation of new data management tools and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Management, Statistics, Or Life Sciences.

  • Previous Experience In Clinical Data Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Processes, Data Standards, And Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Data Management Software And Programming Languages, Such As Sas Or Sql.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Team-Oriented Environment.
