4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection tools and processes.

10. Stay current with industry standards and best practices in clinical data management.
11. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
12. Train and mentor junior team members on data management processes and procedures.
13. Collaborate with biostatistics and programming teams to ensure timely and accurate data analysis and reporting.
14. Contribute to the development and review of clinical study protocols, case report forms, and other study documents.
15. Support data management activities for regulatory submissions and audits.
