- Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical trial data for assigned projects, including data collection, cleaning, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain data management plans in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data by performing data review and query resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection tools and processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues, and escalate to appropriate team members as needed.
- Participate in study team meetings and provide regular updates on data management activities and status.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data management processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Monitor and track data metrics to ensure data quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with industry standards and best practices in clinical data management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with biostatistics and programming teams to ensure timely and accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and review of clinical study protocols, case report forms, and other study documents.
- Support data management activities for regulatory submissions and audits.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Statistics, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Management In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.
Thorough Understanding Of Fda And Ich Guidelines And Regulations Related To Clinical Trials And Data Management.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Management Tools And Systems, Such As Edc And Cdms.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Attention To Detail And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
