  1. Educate healthcare professionals and patients on the latest treatments and management strategies for diabetes, obesity, and other cardiometabolic diseases.
  2. Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop educational materials and programs for patients.
  3. Conduct training sessions and presentations for healthcare professionals to increase their knowledge and understanding of cardiometabolic diseases.
  4. Provide one-on-one patient education and support, including counseling on lifestyle changes and medication management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field of cardiometabolic diseases and incorporate this information into educational materials and programs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement educational initiatives and resources.
  7. Participate in conferences, seminars, and events to promote awareness and education on cardiometabolic diseases.
  8. Act as a resource and point of contact for healthcare professionals seeking information on cardiometabolic diseases and treatments.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to healthcare compliance and patient privacy.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all educational activities and outcomes.
  12. Communicate regularly with the Novo Nordisk team to provide updates, share best practices, and collaborate on projects.
  13. Represent Novo Nordisk in a professional and positive manner, promoting the company's mission and values.
  14. Act as a role model and advocate for individuals with cardiometabolic diseases, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a commitment to improving their lives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Nutrition, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Or Pharmaceutical Setting, Preferably In Diabetes Or Cardiovascular Care.

  • Certification As A Diabetes Educator (Cde) Or Certified Cardiovascular Care Coordinator (C3).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cardiometabolic Diseases And Treatment Options, Including Insulin Therapy And Oral Medications.

  • Excellent Communication And Education Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Educate Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
