  1. Conduct statistical analyses and provide expertise in the design, execution, and interpretation of clinical trials for pharmaceutical products.
  2. Develop statistical analysis plans and ensure their timely and accurate implementation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide statistical input for clinical trial protocols, case report forms, and study reports.
  4. Utilize statistical software and programming languages to analyze and summarize trial data.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards in all statistical analyses.
  6. Communicate and present statistical findings to internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
  7. Participate in study team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  8. Identify and implement new statistical methods and techniques to enhance data analysis and interpretation.
  9. Provide support for clinical research projects, including sample size calculation, randomization methods, and data quality assurance.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in biostatistics and clinical trial design.
  11. Mentor and train junior statisticians and contribute to the development of statistical standard operating procedures.
  12. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.
  13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the biostatistics team.
  14. Adhere to Novo Nordisk's code of conduct and ethical standards in all job responsibilities.

  • Advanced Degree In Biostatistics Or Related Field: A Biostatistician At Novo Nordisk Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
