  1. Conduct statistical analysis and provide insights to support the development and evaluation of new treatments for chronic diseases.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials, ensuring statistical rigor and accuracy.
  3. Develop and maintain statistical programming code to support data analysis and reporting.
  4. Review and validate data to ensure quality and integrity.
  5. Communicate statistical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advances in statistical methods to continuously improve processes and techniques.
  7. Contribute to the development of clinical trial protocols and statistical analysis plans.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior statisticians and other team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for statistical analyses.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support statistical activities.
  11. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide input on statistical considerations.
  12. Contribute to the publication of study results in scientific journals and presentations at conferences.
  13. Uphold Novo Nordisk's values and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Biostatistics Within The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Stata.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Design And Analyze Clinical Trials, Including Sample Size Calculation, Randomization, And Statistical Analysis Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Statistical Concepts To Non-Statisticians.
