  1. Design and execute statistical analysis plans for clinical trials data.

  9. Mentor and train junior team members on statistical concepts and methods.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the biostatistics team.
  11. Attend conferences and workshops to stay current with industry trends and advancements in statistical methods.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and consultants.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's mission and values.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree Or Higher In Biostatistics Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Applying Statistical Methods To Clinical Trials And Research Studies.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Statistical Software Packages Such As Sas And R.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Conducting Clinical Trials, Such As Ich And Fda Guidelines.
