  1. Conduct statistical analysis on clinical data to support the development and evaluation of new medicines.
  2. Contribute to the design and implementation of clinical trials, including sample size determination and statistical methodology.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical development, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to provide statistical expertise and support.
  4. Develop and validate statistical analysis plans and statistical programs for clinical trials.
  5. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, including safety and efficacy outcomes, and provide statistical input for study reports and regulatory submissions.
  6. Ensure that all statistical analyses are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  7. Review and provide feedback on study protocols, case report forms, and other study documents.
  8. Participate in scientific discussions and provide statistical input for publications, presentations, and conferences.
  9. Keep up-to-date with advancements in statistical methodology and industry trends.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior statisticians and other team members.
  11. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and standards for statistical analysis.
  12. Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all work and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the conduct of all job responsibilities.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Stata

  • Master's Degree Or Higher In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Biostatistics, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Study Designs And Statistical Methodologies

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Statistical Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
