  1. Conduct statistical analyses and provide insights on clinical trial data to support decision-making and inform product development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials and ensure appropriate statistical methods are used.
  3. Develop and maintain statistical analysis plans and study protocols.
  4. Provide statistical expertise and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, including interpretation of results and implications for study outcomes.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in biostatistics and apply this knowledge to improve processes and methodologies.
  6. Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous quality control processes.
  7. Participate in the development of new statistical methodologies and techniques.
  8. Communicate complex statistical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Contribute to the development of regulatory submissions and responses to regulatory agencies.
  10. Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and company standard operating procedures.
  11. Mentor and train junior statisticians on statistical methods and processes.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes to increase efficiency and quality of work.
  13. Actively contribute to the company's commitment to improving the lives of patients through evidence-based research.
  14. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings, presenting research findings and networking with industry professionals.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to support project goals and timelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Methods And Software, Such As Sas, R, And/Or Python.

  • Experience With Clinical Trials And Regulatory Submissions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Explain Statistical Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
