  1. Conduct statistical analyses and interpret results to support the development of new medications and treatments for chronic diseases.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical researchers, data scientists, and medical professionals to design and implement clinical trials.
  3. Develop and validate statistical methods and models for clinical research data.
  4. Effectively communicate statistical findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical methods and incorporate them into project work.
  6. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality control processes.
  7. Provide statistical support for regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
  8. Contribute to the preparation and review of study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports.
  9. Mentor and train junior biostatisticians and provide guidance on statistical methods and best practices.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines related to clinical research and data management.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis and provide guidance to other team members.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality data and statistical analyses.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of departmental processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all statistical analyses and related activities.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiencies within the biostatistics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Statistical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field

  • Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Stata

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Biopharmaceutical Or Clinical Research Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Analysis, Including Knowledge Of Cdisc Standards
