- Conduct statistical analysis on clinical trial data to support decision-making and optimization of drug development processes.
- Develop and implement statistical plans for clinical trials and research studies, including sample size calculations, randomization schemes, and statistical analysis methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, conduct, and interpret clinical trials and research studies.
- Provide statistical expertise and guidance to project teams and management, ensuring the appropriate statistical methods are used and the results are accurately interpreted.
- Perform quality control checks on statistical outputs and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
- Prepare statistical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
- Stay current on industry trends, advancements in statistical methodologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Communicate complex statistical concepts and results to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions related to statistical processes.
- Mentor and train junior statisticians and team members on statistical methods and applications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the development and validation of statistical software tools and programs.
- Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines in conducting statistical analyses and reporting results.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality statistical deliverables and timely project completion.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the quality of statistical outputs.
Master's Or Phd In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Analyzing Clinical Trials And/Or Observational Studies.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Statistical Software Such As Sas, R, Or Spss.
Familiarity With Regulatory Guidelines And Requirements For Clinical Trials And Drug Development.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Statistical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
