  1. Conduct statistical analysis of clinical trial and real-world data to support drug development and assess patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design studies and develop statistical plans.
  3. Interpret and communicate results of statistical analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Ensure data quality and integrity through thorough review and validation of analysis output.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in biostatistics.
  6. Apply advanced statistical techniques to solve complex research questions.
  7. Contribute to the development and validation of statistical models.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior biostatisticians.
  9. Support regulatory submissions by providing statistical analysis plans and results.
  10. Communicate and collaborate with external partners, such as CROs, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of statistical deliverables.
  11. Adhere to regulatory and company guidelines and policies.
  12. Participate in team meetings and present statistical findings and recommendations.
  13. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of statistical analyses.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of analysis methods and results.
  15. Uphold confidentiality of sensitive data and adhere to ethical standards in data handling.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Phd Degree In Biostatistics, Statistics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working In Biostatistics In A Pharmaceutical Or Clinical Research Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Statistical Methods And Data Analysis Software, Such As Sas Or R.

  • Experience In Design And Analysis Of Clinical Trials And/Or Observational Studies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Multidisciplinary Team.
