  11. Mentor and train junior team members in biochemistry techniques and methodologies.
  12. Participate in conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to facilitate research projects.
  14. Contribute to the development of research strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biochemistry, Chemistry, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Relevant Research Or Industry Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Biochemical Principles And Techniques, Including Protein Purification, Enzyme Kinetics, And Molecular Biology.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Interpretation, As Well As Proficiency In Relevant Software And Laboratory Equipment.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Colleagues And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
