  1. Conduct biochemical experiments and analyses to support the development of new pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, biologists, and pharmacologists, to design and execute experiments.
  3. Ensure accuracy and reliability of experimental data and communicate results to colleagues and management.
  4. Utilize protein chemistry and purification techniques to isolate and analyze target molecules.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in biochemistry to contribute to the development of new and innovative treatments.
  6. Troubleshoot and problem-solve experimental issues to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments and results.
  8. Comply with safety and quality standards in the laboratory and adhere to company protocols and procedures.
  9. Participate in the design and optimization of new assays and methodologies.
  10. Contribute to the writing of scientific publications and presentations to share research findings with the wider scientific community.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members on experimental techniques and protocols.
  12. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  13. Attend conferences and seminars to expand knowledge and network with other professionals in the field.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support research and development efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • A Degree In Biochemistry Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Biochemistry Principles, Techniques, And Instrumentation.

  • Experience With Protein Purification, Characterization, And Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Research Findings Effectively.
