  8. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  9. Contribute to the writing of scientific publications and presentations.
  10. Participate in team meetings and provide input on project strategies and goals.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on laboratory techniques and protocols.
  12. Support company values and culture by promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines.
  14. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
  15. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and processes within the biochemistry department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Advanced Degree In Biochemistry Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Related Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Biochemistry Principles, Techniques, And Methodologies

  • Experience With Drug Discovery And Development, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines.
