We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Associate Director for MAPA Planning and Operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping our global market access and pricing strategy, ensuring that our life-saving medicines reach the patients who need them most.   1. Develop and implement global market access and pricing strategy for Novo Nordisk's products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze market data, identify market trends, and make data-driven recommendations for market access and pricing decisions.
  3. Lead the planning and execution of market access and pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of market access and pricing strategies, making adjustments as needed to maximize impact.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
  6. Stay updated on market access and pricing regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and inform strategy.
  7. Provide guidance and support to regional market access and pricing teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with global strategy.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs on market access and pricing topics.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for market access and pricing initiatives.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of market access and pricing operations.
  11. Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management on market access and pricing strategy and performance.
  12. Represent Novo Nordisk at industry conferences and other events related to market access and pricing.
  13. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of Novo Nordisk by actively participating in company-wide initiatives and projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Operations Management.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Planning, And Operations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience Managing A Team And Driving Results.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Mapa (Manufacturing, Analytics, Planning, And Automation) Processes And Systems.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.
