- Develop and implement strategies for protecting and defending company's intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to identify and prioritize valuable intellectual property.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of global intellectual property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents, including patent applications, license agreements, and contracts.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to cross-functional teams on intellectual property matters.

Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Intellectual Property Law, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry
Admitted To Practice Law In At Least One State In The Us
Extensive Knowledge Of Patent Law And Experience With Patent Prosecution And Litigation
