Job Description

Norton Healthcare is seeking a System Vice President of Talent Management and HR Operations to join its growing team. This role will be a key member of the HR Leadership team, leading the organization's Talent Management and HR operational strategies.The ideal candidate is a passionate HR leader with a comprehensive background in Talent Management and HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This individual must be a proven leader capable of driving organizational change, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of excellence. The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with the Senior Leadership team and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. A successful track record of creating and implementing successful Talent Management and HR operational strategies is also essential.
