The System Director will provide overall direction, guidance and support to the Sterile Processing department in all Norton Healthcare facilities. The successful applicant must have a keen understanding of sterile processing principles, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires a combination of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in order to ensure our patients receive the best possible outcomes.
