Norton Healthcare is searching for a System Director, Human Resources Shared Services to lead the organization's shared services team in providing exceptional HR services to all of our employees. We are looking for a strategic leader who can develop and manage HR processes and policies that will ensure a positive and productive workplace. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR shared services, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. They must also have a deep understanding of HR operations, the ability to think critically and strategically, and the capacity to build strong relationships with managers and staff.
