Norton Healthcare is looking for an experienced and motivated Sr People Data Analyst to join our HR People Analytics team! As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for using predictive analytics to support our HR team in making data-driven business decisions.We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running with strong technical and analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
