You should be an effective communicator and have an excellent understanding of the principles and ethics of healthcare. You should be organized, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently. Additionally, the candidate should have a demonstrated commitment to providing quality patient service and have a thorough understanding of the needs of the patient and their family.
