Norton Healthcare is looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Business Analyst to join our talented Human Resources team. This individual will be a key player in the strategy and design of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring that it meets the needs of the business while providing an effective, efficient, and secure foundation for all HR transactional processes.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS analysis, design, configuration, and implementation. They will possess a deep understanding of HRIS features, capabilities, and data structures, as well as a strong ability to work with HR business partners to identify and analyze requirements.
