Job Description

Norton Healthcare is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Compliance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and knowledge of compliance regulations, and be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with all stakeholders. This position requires an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, think creatively, and develop strategies for addressing various compliance issues. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a compliance-related role.
