Norton Healthcare is looking for an experienced and motivated HRIS Business Analyst to join our team. The HRIS Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating business systems, designing and developing solutions, and helping to ensure that all HR systems are properly maintained and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. The successful candidate should also have a passion for creating and implementing efficient processes, and for working with people.
