Job Description

At Norton Healthcare, we are looking for a highly motivated Financial Systems Analyst who is eager to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare financial systems and the ability to provide technical solutions to our organization’s financial problems.The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing data and technology solutions to improve Norton Healthcare's financial system performance. The successful candidate will be able to analyze and develop solutions to complex financial systems issues, as well as coordinate and manage the implementation of these solutions.The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the Financial Systems Analyst should have a minimum of two years of experience in financial systems analysis and/or healthcare finance, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a working knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
