EMR Informatics Specialist-Senior

Norton Healthcare is looking for an experienced and highly motivated EMR Informatics Specialist-Senior to join our healthcare team. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing expertise in the implementation and support of our electronic medical record (EMR) systems. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and analytical support to system users and ensuring the successful utilization of our EMR systems.To be successful in this role, you must have a combination of technical, analytical and communication skills, along with a passion for advancing the use of health information technologies. At least five years of experience in a healthcare environment and/or an IT environment is required, as is a bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with EMR and other health information systems is preferred, as well as knowledge of health information systems implementation, testing, and support. You must be able to work independently, while also working well in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are also essential.
