Job Description

Norton Healthcare is seeking an experienced Chaplain Resident to join our team of compassionate and caring professionals. If you have a passion for offering spiritual care to those in need, we want to hear from you! The Chaplain Resident will provide spiritual and emotional assistance to patients and their families, as well as provide support for the healthcare team. This position requires a high level of sensitivity and a commitment to offering care in a respectful and compassionate manner. Required Qualifications:• An accredited Master of Divinity degree from an approved institution • Minimum of 2 years of supervised clinical pastoral education • Demonstrated understanding and experience in the practice of pastoral care • Ability to work with diverse populations with varying religious and cultural backgrounds • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
