- Oversee and coordinate large-scale research projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with renowned faculty and talented colleagues to drive impactful and groundbreaking discoveries.
- Ensure that projects are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including faculty, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the course of the project.
- Manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and equipment.
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
- Conduct regular project team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and identify solutions.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including research protocols, consent forms, and data management plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to research projects.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and implement best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, project team members, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Represent the university and its research initiatives in a professional and positive manner.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Project Management, Or A Stem Discipline.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Managing Research Projects In An Academic Or Industry Setting.
Strong Organizational Skills With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Research Funding Processes And Regulations, Including Experience With Grant Proposal Development And Management.
