- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the research projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement project plans and strategies.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively addressing them to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Oversee data collection and management processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct literature reviews and assist with data analysis to support research objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for research meetings, conferences, and events.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and external partners.
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines.
- Stay updated on current research methods and trends in poverty research.
- Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the Global Poverty Research Lab through active participation in team meetings and discussions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Economics, Public Policy, Or International Development.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Coordination And Management, Preferably In A Research Or Academic Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Global Poverty Issues And Experience Working In Developing Countries.
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Stakeholders Simultaneously.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Research Methods, With Experience In Statistical Software Such As Stata Or R.
