Job Description

Northwestern University is seeking an experienced and passionate Patient Liaison to join our Psychiatry Administration team. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic and organized individual who is able to manage numerous tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure a positive experience for all patients.To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical office setting, with direct patient contact, preferably in a psychiatry or mental health setting. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to quickly develop rapport with patients and their families. A basic understanding of medical terminology and the ability to use electronic medical records is preferred. Additionally, this position requires the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to the medical staff. Responsibilities:
