  2. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the organization.
  3. Identify and engage potential partners to expand and strengthen the organization's network.
  4. Effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to establish and maintain partnerships.

  12. Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

  14. Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the organization at events and conferences to promote partnerships and network with potential partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Partner Engagement, Account Management, Or Business Development.

  • Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With External Partners.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Higher Education Industry, Including Trends And Challenges, As Well As Experience Working In A University Setting.
