Immediate Care Center Physician

Responsibilities:

1. Examine patients to assess their medical condition, determine diagnoses, and recommend and provide treatment.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, including medication prescriptions and follow-up care.
3. Explain procedures and diagnoses to patients and their families.
4. Order and interpret laboratory tests and medical imaging studies, such as x-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
5. Monitor the progress of patients and adjust treatments as necessary.
6. Document patient histories and treatment plans in electronic medical records systems.
7. Refer patients to other healthcare specialists, as needed.
8. Maintain current knowledge of medical developments and advancements in healthcare.
9. Follow protocols and guidelines of the Immediate Care Center team.
10. Provide compassionate and patient-centered care at all times.
