  1. Lead and direct the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology Faculty in research, education, and clinical programs.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the division's goals and objectives.
  3. Provide vision and direction for cutting-edge research initiatives in pediatric endocrinology.
  4. Oversee and mentor faculty members to ensure high-quality patient care, teaching, and research.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and institutions to enhance research and educational opportunities.

  7. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the division's programs and initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

  10. Serve as a liaison between the division, hospital administration, and external stakeholders.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with donors and secure funding for research projects.
  12. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of pediatric endocrinology and implement best practices.
  13. Establish and maintain a strong network of partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers.
  14. Participate in recruitment and retention of top talent within the division.
  15. Act as a role model and mentor to junior faculty members and trainees.

Job Qualifications
  • Md Or Do Degree From An Accredited Medical School

  • Board Certification In Pediatric Endocrinology

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Academic Medicine, With A Focus On Pediatric Endocrinology

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience In A Clinical Or Academic Setting

  • Strong Research Background With A Track Record Of Publications And Grant Funding In The Field Of Pediatric Endocrinology.
